Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt processing and shipping, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes cannot be made. However, once your order is delivered, you are welcome to request a return for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for secure, hassle-free payments.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will ship the following business day.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing may take slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?

Due to increased global demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


What if I don’t receive my order?

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Our prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are tax-free at checkout. However, depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
